Custom Heli Tiers - Adds possibility of custom tier helis

Custom Heli Tiers allows server owners to add in multiple different tiers of helicopters with different difficulties and loot tables. You can also make some specifically avaibable to only certain groups if you want to have a VIP system or lock helicopters to the players that called them useful for PVE servers.

By default after calling a helicopter you and your teammates will receive a cooldown of your choice. This cannot be abused over leaving the team/clan and rejoining afterwards...

Umod Rust was updated 8 hours ago and now I am receiving the following error and everytime I call the heli, using your CustomHeliTiers plugin it blows up.

Every time a heli is shot down an NRE pops up for every loot crate that spawns.

collect_vood updated Custom Heli Tiers with a new update entry:

Update 1.1.6

[Added]

- "Can use napalm" to the tiers, default is true

[Changed]

- "Permission required" & "Permission name (lang)" to support mutliple optional permissions (if one is met the heli will be able to be spawned)
- Moved "Only team or clan (damage)", "Only team or clan (loot)" & "Only team or clan (attack)" into tiers
- Removed all reflection usage
